    Portfolio Review: For creative roles, I assess the candidate’s previous work through their portfolio, focusing on their approach, attention to detail, and how they overcame design

    Communication: I observe how well candidates explain complex ideas in a clear and concise way.

    I assess their interpersonal skills by asking about experiences working in diverse teams or dealing with conflict. Strong candidates will demonstrate empathy, listening skills, and the ability to work well with others

    Future Goals I explore their career aspirations and motivations to understand if they have the potential to grow within the company.
